​​​​​​​​I am a licensed occupational therapist and massage therapist specializing in pediatrics and using a variety of modalities to restore best function, including the John F. Barnes approach to Myofascial Release and Dr. Barry Gillespie's CranioSacral Fascial Therapy. I am an Expert Level Myofascial Therapist trained under John Barnes. I have worked directly with both of these mentors in their clinics and have assisted taught their classes. I have also trained in and assisted classes in Therapeutic Touch with Dr. Peggy Fuhs, certified in Levels 1- 4. Other training includes Prechtl's General Movement Assessment at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia taught by Dr. Fabrizio Ferrari of Modena, Italy; CranioSacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute; and Visceral Manipulation at the Barral Institute. I have been so fortunate to know and use this powerful work for many years with amazing results! 

I ha​ve worked with children as an occupational therapist since 2004. I completed internships at The Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children, including one in the NICU as well as inpatient and outpatient rehab. I  am very passionate about combining my skills in OT with  fascial work to maximize function for all children.

I began my schooling as a pharmacy major and realized that I wanted to help people on a deeper level. While I realize a need for the medical model of healthcare, I am a firm believer in holistic care for chronic issues that can be relieved when the body is aligned and not restricted by fascia.
